Ganja CİP Lounge

Departure:

• booking possibility within 24 hours;
• access of the car to Ganja CIP Lounge special parking area;
• meeting at the entrance and  accompanying the passenger to Ganja CIP Lounge;
• porter service;
• check the necessary documents for departure passengers, provide passengers with information of the items prohibited to carry by air transport;
• accompanying the passenger to the point of inspection of Aviation Security, to the Customs check-point and to the Border control post;
• Ganja CİP Lounge (lounge furniture and interior, telephone set, Internet access (incl. Wi-Fi), periodicals and newspapers, separate smoking areas, TV, Food & Beverage etc.) to enjoy the pre-flight period (about 2 hours);
• providing flight information and timely invitation the passenger for boarding;
• passenger transfer by car from Ganja CİP Lounge to boarding point and assistance in carrying a hand baggage from the car up to the aircraft
• in the case of passengers with the restriction of movement allocation the wheelchair and an employee who takes a passenger in a wheelchair from the entrance to Ganja CİP Lounge till boarding point;                                                                           
• interpreter services.

 Arrival:

• booking possibility within 24 hours;
• meeting the passenger at the air stairs of the aircraft;
• Ganja CIP Lounge (lounge furniture and interior, telephone set, Internet access (incl. Wi-Fi), periodicals and newspapers, separate smoking areas, TV, Food & Beverage, etc.) to enjoy the after-flight period (about 2 hours);   
• individual  accompanying  of the passenger to  the Border control post;
• if necessary advising assistance to passenger while filling the customs declaration;
• accompanying the passenger to the Customs check-point;
• special access of the passenger car in Ganja CIP Lounge parking area;
• in the case of passengers with the restriction of movement allocation the wheelchair and an employee who takes a passenger in a wheelchair from the landing point till leaving Ganja CİP Lounge.                                                                               

A person meeting/seeing off:

•  booking possibility within 24 hours;
• meeting at the entrance and  accompanying  the  person  meeting / seeing off to Ganja CİP Lounge;
• accompanying the person  meeting / seeing off to the Customs check-point, the point of inspection of Aviation Security,
• Ganja CIP Lounge (lounge furniture and interior, telephone set, Internet access (incl. Wi-Fi), periodicals and newspapers, separate smoking areas, TV, Food&Beverage etc.);     
• access of the car to Ganja CIP Lounge special parking area;
• provide flight information and accompanying the person  meeting / seeing off till leaving the lounge.
